NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Services that require a deposits are due at time of booking. Deposits are applied towards hair purchasing. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT YOU CAN USE HAIR ON your next booking of the same style only.

*If your appointment gets cancelled, you will have to book another appointment
Punctuality is important, please be mindful of my time as well as others.
CANCELLATIONS
Allow at least a 24hr advance notice of cancelling.
HAIR PREPARATION
Hair must be clean upon arrival or a Shampoo & Treatment Service cost of $25 will be added to total price or your appointment will be subject to reschedule. If a deposit was made it can be used in one rescheduled appointment for the original service booking.
Pre-stretched hair is required for braiding services. With ALL hair inclusive services, hair color must be selected 72 prior to service.
For Sew-In and Crochet services, I DO NOT provide hair. All clients are responsible for bringing new or great condition hair. I WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR HAIR COLOR NEEDS.

If you have any problem or concern please contact Shonie's Braids+ within 24 hours of service. Respectfully, NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN, however I aim to please my clients and ensure their satisfaction to the fullest!

If you are sick or have recently come into contact with someone that may be experiencing symptoms of covid19, please be considerate and reschedule your appointment. If you are showing symptoms such as fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue,
muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose,
nausea or vomiting and or diarrhea, please note that you appointment may be terminated.
