Friday is a FLOW DAY! I’m taking my time and enjoying every moment, so there’s no rushing and no strict schedule. Come for what you can and enjoy what you can—just keep in mind that the day will flow at a relaxed pace.
After yoga and sound healing, I'll be heading home to enjoy a relaxing evening, unwind, and prepare to welcome another amazing year of life during the 2026 Lion's Gate Portal.
